Easy Booking & Guest Registration
Booking your private event at Joyful Art Center is simple and hassle-free! Guests can easily register directly on our website, selecting their preferred project. With just a few clicks, you're all set for a fun, creative gathering!

At Joyful Art Center, we make it easy to customize your private event to fit your budget. Outside Food & Drink Welcomed
At Joyful Art Center, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your private event! Make your gathering even more special with your favorite snacks and beverages while you get creative with us.

In-Studio Events

$500.00 Minimum for Canvas Painting Events (Includes 10 guests. $48 per additional guest)

$600.00 Minimum for Paint Pour or Wood Sign Events (Includes 10 guests. $60 per additional guest)

Private Events Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit - $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. This is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event. You MAY use the credit from your deposit towards another event or class within the year.
The remaining balance will include the other portion of the party package, fees for additional artists, and any customizations/upgrades. The balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 48 hours prior to your event.
If you do not cancel or change your booking prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the event and will not be offered a refund.
PHOTO RELEASE
​By participating in Joyful Art Center programming, all participants authorize Joyful Art Center to use and publish photographs taken of both adult parents, caregivers and minor children for use in Joyful Art Center’s written publications, printed publications, advertisements and website or any other legitimate business purpose for and on behalf of Joyful Art Center.
All participants release Joyful Art Center, its owners, employees and affiliates from any expectation of confidentiality and any liability from any claims for the minor children and adult parents and caregivers.
This participation in both the Joyful Art Center publications and website confer no rights of ownership whatsoever and participants have no expectation of ownership. Under that, this release does not allow Joyful Art Center to release any private information about adults or minor participants, including our address.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating in Joyful Art Center programming, all participants agree to release Joyful Art Center for any liability from any claims of illness, injury, or other claims for adult parents, caregivers and minor children.
